Thank you for visiting the Searchtool at YourJobFinder (the "Site", "YourJobFinder," "Education Source", "Company", "we," "our" or "us"). YourJobFinder is committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors' personally identifiable information ("PII"). To better inform you of our privacy practices, we provide this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy"), explaining our online information practices and the choices that you can make regarding the way that your PII is used by us. You agree to this Privacy Policy, in its entirety, when you: (a) access or use our Site; (b) register as an interactive member on the Site ("Commenter"); (c) register for one of our sweepstakes and/or promotions ("Promotions"); (d) register for our services via a coregistration on another website; and/or (e) register as a content producer on the Site ("Contributor"). If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety, you are not authorized to enter a Promotion, become a Commenter and/or Contributor and/or use the Site in any manner or form whatsoever.

Telemarketing Consent:
By signing up for our services on this site or via another site ("Coregistration"), you consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded telemarketing calls from or on behalf of Company, Education Source, at the number you provided. Please see complete information in the section labeled Use and Sharing of PII below.

Personally Identifiable Information:
We collect PII on the Site when you attempt to register for a Promotion, as a Commenter and/or Contributor or otherwise choose to provide PII to us. PII includes any information that can be used to identify or locate a particular person or entity. The information that we may request during the applicable registration process may include, but is not limited to, your: (a) full name; (b) e-mail address; (c) mailing address; (c) daytime and/or cellular telephone numbers; (d) date of birth; and/or (e) any other information requested on the applicable form. Further, Promotion winners may be required to provide the following information in connection with completing an affidavit and claiming the applicable prize: (i) their Social Security Number; and (ii) picture proof of identification, which may include a driver’s license, passport, voting card or similar government issued identification. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, items (i) and (ii) in the preceding sentences shall be considered "Sensitive Information." We may also collect your PII when you otherwise agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, but do not complete the applicable registration process in full. Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We may collect certain Non-Personally Identifiable Information ("Non-PII") about you when you visit many of the Site's pages, such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Google Chrome, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are using, (e.g., Windows, IOS) and the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., Time Warner, Verizon). We use the Non-PII that we collect to improve the design and content of the Site and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience. We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze Site usage.

Cookies:
When an end-user visits the Site, we send one (1) or more cookies and/or gif files (collectively, "Cookies") to assign an anonymous, unique identifier to the applicable end-user’s computer or other device. Use and Sharing of PII:
We use the PII that you supply to personalize your experience with the Site, process your entry in the Promotions and for verification purposes. The PII that you submit to YourJobFinder remains your property, but by submitting that PII to YourJobFinder you grant YourJobFinder the right, subject to applicable state and federal law, to use that PII (other than Sensitive Information) for marketing purposes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we reserve the right to share, sell, rent, lease and/or otherwise distribute any and all PII (other than Sensitive Information) with/to any third-party for any and all uses permitted by this Privacy Policy and applicable law. These third-parties may include, but shall not be limited to: (a) providers of direct marketing services and applications, including lookup and reference, data enhancement, suppression and validation; (b) e-mail marketers; (c) telemarketers (where permitted by applicable law); and (d) direct marketers. You also agree that we may contact you at any time with updates and/or any other information that we may deem appropriate for you to receive in connection with your continued use of the Site and/or Promotions. YourJobFinder is able to offer its Services to you, in part, based on your willingness to be reached by our third-party advertisers. Your PII (other than Sensitive Information) will be shared with advertisers on an aggregate and non-aggregate basis. Please keep in mind that YourJobFinder does not control, and is not responsible for, the practices of our third-party advertisers. If you wish to stop receiving future communications from us and/or third party advertisers, or if you wish to prevent the transfer and/or sale of your PII to third parties (subject to restrictions contained in applicable state and federal law), please see the Opting-Out/Unsubscribe section below.

Without limiting the foregoing, by signing up for our services whether through Coregistration or on the site, you agree to receive an autodialed phone call from our marketing associates and to contact you by phone using an automatic telephone dialing system at the number you provided to , you authorize Education Source to contact you using an automatic telephone dialing system at the number you provided to provide you with information about furthering your education. You agree to receive these calls to the number you provided even if it is a mobile number or you have previously listed yourself on any Do–Not–Call Lists, and you understand that these calls may be generated using an automatic telephone dialing system. You may have your telephone number or cell mobile phone number listed on a state or federal do not call registry, but by registering, Coregistration or using this Web Site, you are waiving your rights and privileges under these laws and expressly giving permission of Company, Education Source and any agent of Company the right to contact you by telephone or cell phone and for Company to share your email address with these parties.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, YourJobFinder reserves the right to release current or past PII: (i) in the event that we believe that the Site and/or Promotions is/are being or has/have been used in violation of the YourJobFinder Terms and Conditions, in violation of the applicable Promotion Contest Rules or to commit unlawful acts; (ii) if the information is subpoenaed; provided, however, that, where permitted by applicable law, we shall provide you with e-mail notice, and opportunity to challenge the subpoena, prior to disclosure of any PII pursuant to a subpoena; or (iii) if YourJobFinder is sold, merged or acquired; provided, however, that if YourJobFinder is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on the Site of any change in ownership or uses of your PII, as well as any choices that you may have regarding your PII.

Third Party Links:
The Site may contain links to third-party websites ("Third Party Websites"). Please be aware that YourJobFinder is not responsible for the privacy practices of Third Party Websites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Site and to read the privacy policies of each and every website that collects PII. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by the Site. Security: All collected information is stored in a technically and physically secure environment. We take precautions to protect PII both online and off-line. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your PII, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems. All of our users' information, not just PII, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to PII. Furthermore, access to this information is strictly limited, and not accessible to the public. Our employees are dedicated to ensuring the security and privacy of all user information. Employees not adhering to our firm policies are subject to disciplinary action. Please note that any attempt to breach the security of the network, our servers, databases or other hardware or software supporting the Site or other websites under the control of YourJobFinder constitutes a crime punishable by law. We will turn over to authorities, any and all evidence relating to a potential breach of security or other abuse against the network, servers, databases or other such supporting equipment or software. In compliance with applicable federal and state laws, we shall notify you in the event that we learn of an information security breach with respect to your PII. You will be notified via e-mail in the event of such a breach. Please be advised that notice may be delayed in order to address the needs of law enforcement, determine the scope of network damage, and to engage in remedial measures. Minors: We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate and monitor the interactive activities of their children. YourJobFinder will never knowingly collect any personal information from individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. If YourJobFinder obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personal information of a minor, that information will be immediately deleted from our database.

Opting-Out/Unsubscribe:
To opt-out of having your PII shared with third parties, please contact us at optout@YourJobFinder.net.To opt-out of receiving e-mail advertising, SMS text-based marketing (where and to the extent permitted by applicable law), telemarketing and direct mail marketing from us, you can follow the instructions at the end of the applicable marketing message or contact us at info@YourJobFinder.net. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may continue to contact you for the purpose of communicating information relating to your request for entry in the Promotions, use of the Site, as well as to respond to any inquiry or request made by you. To opt-out of receiving Site-related, Promotions-related and/or inquiry response-related messages from YourJobFinder, you must cease using the Site and/or Promotions and cease submitting inquiries to YourJobFinder, as applicable.

Updating Your Information:
At your request, we will inform you of what PII we have on file for you. In addition, at your request, we will remove PII that you have provided to us, or that we have collected. We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes). Please be advised that deleting your PII may terminate your entry in a Promotion, as well as your ability to participate as a Commenter and/or Contributor on the Site. If you wish to maintain your entry in the applicable promotions, and to participate as a Commenter and/or Contributor on the Site, you may not delete the PII that we have on file for you. Please be further advised that, after you delete your PII, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems. In addition, this deletion will not change or delete PII which may have already been shared with third parties, all as provided above in this Privacy Policy. You will need to contact the third parties that contact you directly to change your preferences regarding their use of your PII.

Changes to this Privacy Policy:
YourJobFinder reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a clear and conspicuous notice on the Site explaining that we are changing our Privacy Policy. All Privacy Policy changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Site; provided, however, that if the manner in which we use PII changes, we will notify users by: (a) sending the modified policy to our users via email; and/or (b) by any other reasonable means acceptable under applicable state and federal law. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your PII in this different manner. At any time that you do not agree with the changes, you must opt out from receiving future communications from us (see the "Opting-Out/Unsubscribe" section above). Please check the Site periodically for any changes. Failure to opt out after notice of any such changes constitutes an affirmative acknowledgement and acceptance by you of the modified Privacy Policy.
